Installation

JooJitsi Conferencing installation is done like any other joomla extension:

1 - After downloading the mod_joojitsi_UNZIPFIRST.zip file containing the software, you have to unzip it into a folder on your computer before proceeding with the installation. Inside it you will find the installation file of the module mod_joojitsi_v5.0.zip and the installation file of the plugin for automatic updates plg_eclentupdater.zip

2 - After logging into the Joomla administration panel, click on the menu item Extensions>Manage>install

3 - Click on the Install from file - compressed package tab

4 - Click on the Upload file button to upload from your computer the installation package of the mod_joojitsi_v5.0.zip module that you extracted earlier. You can also achieve the same result by manually dragging and dropping the package into the Drag and drop the file here area to upload it. Right after uploading the file, the installation will start automatically.

5 - If the installation is successful, you will see a confirmation notice and the form will be ready to be published and used.

Note: The last numeric digits you see in the .zip file name of the module installation package represent the software version and may be different from the ones shown in this guide.

Uninstallation

Uninstalling JooJitsi Conferencing is also done the same way as with any other Joomla extension:

1 - After logging into the Joomla administration panel, click on the menu item Extensions>Management>Extensions List

2 - Search for "joojitsi" using the search engine found on the page.

3 - Seleziona il modulo JooJitsi Conferencing tramite la check-box che trovi accanto, sulla sinistra.

4 - Click on the Uninstall button and confirm the procedure.
