Automatic updates

 To allow Joomla to upgrade JooJitsi Conferencing every time a new version is released, you need to use the "plg_eclentupdater" plugin. The plugin is needed to associate the site where the eclent extensions you are using are installed with the respective subscriptions you have purchased.

To enable updates follow these simple instructions:

1 - Install the plugin plg_eclentupdater.zip that you can find inside the package of each of our extensions. (you can also download it from here).

2 - Log in to https://www.eclent.com with your credentials and visit the page Profile>Your Download IDs

3 - Copy one of the codes that does not yet have an associated domain (associated domains are displayed in the Domain column). If all the codes are associated with a domain you can generate new ones using the Generate button.

4 - Go to the settings of the eclent - Updater plugin, paste the code into the appropriate field and save. Remember also to enable the plugin!

As soon as you do that, Joomla will be able to check the validity of the subscriptions you have purchased for each of our extensions installed on your site and update them. Updates for a single extension will be automatically disabled when the respective subscription expires.

Remember: you need to generate only one Download ID for each site where you have installed our extensions (even if more than one).
